I used to think you needed a huge group for a good game night
I mean, my whole thing was that you needed like 6 people minimum for anything fun, but then my buddy in Denver got me to try Twilight Imperium with just three of us. It was way better, way more focused, and we finished in under 5 hours. Idk, maybe it's just me, but I feel like people push the big party games too hard. Has anyone else had a game totally change with a smaller group?

Yeah, totally! We tried Scythe with just two players once and it was a completely different game. It felt way more like a tense chess match, every move mattered so much. I actually prefer it that way now, you get to really dig into the strategy.

Which factions did you guys play in that two player game? I'm curious if some are just way stronger in a head to head setup. The board must have felt so open with just two of you fighting over it, did that change how you handled workers and resources?
