My $90 dice tower purchase is collecting dust, anyone else regret a big accessory buy?

I grabbed a handcrafted wooden dice tower at a local con in Portland last spring, thought it would be the coolest thing for our weekly Gloomhaven nights. It looks amazing on the shelf but we never actually use it, everyone just rolls on the table or in a tray. What's the most you've spent on a board game accessory that ended up being a complete waste?
