Our 5 player Catan group in Denver quietly fell apart after one guy got a phone app
Three years ago we had a solid Thursday night group of 5 guys meeting at my place in Denver, and we played Catan and Ticket to Ride almost every single week. Last month I realized we had not all sat at the same table since March, because one guy, Mike, started playing everything on an app and kept saying it was easier than driving over. Now two others just do their board games online too, and I am left with a shelf of 40 games and nobody to play them with. Is this happening to other people's groups or did we just get lazy?
