Overheard a group at the cafe say they only play games under 90 minutes

They called anything longer 'a waste of a Saturday.' I get wanting a quick game, but that dismisses SO many amazing experiences like Twilight Imperium or a full Gloomhaven session. What's the best LONG game you've played that was totally worth the time?
