I used to think solo board games were a sad substitute for the real thing. Then, during a boring Sunday, I pulled out 'Friday' and gave it a go. Beating that game after a few tries felt oddly triumphant. It's not about being alone; it's about the puzzle. Now I get why people enjoy them.
