The way we used to pack our rigging gear was costing us hours on site

About six months ago on a job at the Port of Tacoma, our foreman Dave made us lay out every sling, shackle, and come-along before we even started. We spent 45 minutes that first morning just sorting, but by the end of the week we were setting up in under 15. I always thought a messy truck was just part of the job, but having a set spot for each piece of gear cut our setup time in half. How do you guys organize your rigging boxes to save time?

Did you see that article from Crane and Rigging about color-coding your shackles?

Set spot for each piece" is the real game changer.
