Our secretary started a shared Google Doc for this last year. Lets everyone add notes right after the meeting while it's fresh.

Our marketing team tried the live Google Doc method for six months. It turned into a mess with four people typing at once, creating duplicate sections and conflicting bullet points. The document history was a nightmare to untangle. We found it was actually faster to have one person take clear notes first, then let others add comments to a draft version.
