PSA: My neighbor thought I was running a 'book hospital'

I was trimming some text blocks on my balcony yesterday and my neighbor leaned over and asked if I was a surgeon! She saw the bone folder and the thread and thought I was stitching up patients. I explained it was a Coptic stitch for a journal, and she was amazed it was a real craft. Has anyone else had a totally wild guess about what you're doing from a non-binder?

Reminds me of a guy who insisted on calling his podcast "audio blogging." Just pick a name and stick with it, the content is what matters. People waste so much time on labels.
