Shoutout to the guy at the Seattle tool library who asked why my signatures were so thick

I was using 32 lb paper for everything and couldn't figure out why my spines kept bulging. He pointed out I was basically making little bricks, not books. Anyone else have a paper weight blind spot they had to fix?
