I finally tried growing a Venus flytrap and it's not what I expected

I always thought they were super hard to keep alive, but I read a guide from the Atlanta Botanical Garden that said they just need distilled water and full sun. I've been using a tray of rainwater on my south-facing windowsill for about two months now, and it's actually thriving. Has anyone else had luck with carnivorous plants indoors?

Nah, they're tougher than that. They need distilled water or rain water, tap water kills them fast. Also they gotta go dormant in the winter, a lot of people miss that. Keep it in a sunny spot and only feed it if it's outside catching bugs itself.
