I thought talking to my plants was silly until my basil in Austin grew twice as big.

My friend said she chats with hers for 10 minutes daily, so I tried it for a month. Did I just get lucky with the soil, or has anyone else seen real results from this?

Honestly, I talk to my plants just so I don't feel like a crazy person when I'm alone in my apartment. My spider plant is thriving, but that might be because I finally remembered to water it. I'm pretty sure my compliments are just for my own benefit.

Hey, if talking to your plants is crazy then my whole apartment is a NUT HOUSE. At least your spider plant is getting watered, mine just gets my complaints about the weather.
