Warning: I thought talking to plants was silly until my orchid bloomed
My grandma kept telling me to chat with my sad orchid in Phoenix, so I gave it a shot for a month. The thing finally put out a new spike after nothing for a year. Has anyone else had a stubborn plant respond to something you thought was nonsense?

Honestly, it makes total sense. I talk to my ferns while I water them. It’s less about the words and more about the routine. You’re checking in, you’re paying close attention, and you’re breathing out carbon dioxide right near the leaves. That consistent care is what they really feel. Your grandma was onto something.
