Hit 50 hours of BCI training last month and still can't type faster than 10 words per minute

I was expecting to be zipping along at 40 wpm by now based on those lab studies, but hitting that 50 hour milestone just showed me how much the real world training curve lags behind the published numbers, has anyone else found a training method that actually speeds up the learning process?

My neighbor learned to play piano by watching YouTube at double speed, maybe try that with your training videos.

Yeah, @margaretw41 might be onto something, or maybe just practicing in different environments helps.
