Just realized I used to drive to 3 stores for a BCI electrode part, now I print it at home
Two years ago I was burning a whole Saturday hunting down a specific silver/silver chloride electrode cup in Columbus, and last month I just printed a flexible one on my resin printer in under an hour. So which is it, is DIY printing actually safe for skin contact or am I fooling myself, and does anyone have real data on long term conductivity drift?
Man, silver/silver chloride is the coating, not the plastic body, so printing the cup doesn't really solve the skin contact question, you still need the AgCl layer for it to work right. What resin are you using though, because most aren't meant to sit on skin for hours?
