My brain-computer interface calibration went wild after that yoga instructor's feedback

She said my focus was too "jagged" like I was trying to force the signals instead of breathing through them, so I switched from staring at the cursor to just letting my thoughts drift and suddenly my accuracy went from 60% to 85% in one session. Has anyone else found that relaxing too much actually helps with your BCI control?

Yeah, but doesn't that feel like you're just not trying? I fought the same thing for weeks until I literally quit caring mid-session and my numbers shot up too.

It's funny how that works, right? It's like that thing with driving where you focus too hard on the wheel and start swerving, but as soon as you just relax and let your hands do their thing you're straight as an arrow again. Same kinda deal, the harder you try to control something the more it fights back.
