TIL my BCI training score jumped 22 points overnight

I've been using a basic EEG headset for about a month, trying to get the hang of moving a cursor with my thoughts. Last night, after a long session, my focus score on the app just shot up from a steady 78 to a perfect 100. Has anyone else had a sudden breakthrough like that, or did I just get lucky?

That's just the app's calibration, not your actual focus.

Oh come on, does every little number need to be a big deal now? My meditation app gives me a low focus score if I blink too much. It's just guessing based on my camera. These apps are fun tools, not a doctor's report. We're putting way too much weight on these digital scores.

Totally agree, it's just a guess from your camera. Maybe try turning that feature off if it bugs you.
