Camped at Glacier National Park last July and watched a family toss styrofoam plates into a fire pit
When I called them out, the dad told me 'it burns fine' and I just stood there wondering how many other people think that's okay, has anyone else run into this ignorance on the trail?

Last summer I watched a guy at Yellowstone toss a whole six-pack of those styrofoam takeout containers right into the fire (I still can't believe it).
