TIL a $3 museum pass in Lisbon saved my whole rainy day

I bought the 'Lisboa Card' on a whim, and it got me into the tile museum and a bunch of other spots for free when the weather turned awful. Anyone have a similar go-to for a city with unpredictable weather?

Sounds like a tourist trap to me. Why lock yourself into a schedule when you could just find a good cafe?
