Debt snowball vs avalanche, I switched and saved more
I did the debt snowball for 2 years in Columbus, paying off small cards first, but my $9,000 car loan at 11% just sat there growing. I flipped to the avalanche method 8 months ago, hitting the highest interest first, and I'm now down to $3,200 left while killing the same monthly payment. Anyone else find the math beats the psychology even when everyone says otherwise?
