Hot take: reading the local paper from my trip to Turkey versus the BBC report on the same protest was like two different worlds.
The local paper just had a short bit about a traffic delay, but the BBC had video of a huge crowd and police. The difference was the local paper left out the whole reason people were there... a new law about water rights. Has anyone else seen a story get totally stripped down like that when you check another source?
