That week in April when my article on water testing got buried in Indonesia

I wrote a piece about high lead levels in kids' drinking water around Jakarta. The local news site I freelanced for sat on it for 6 days. They finally told me the government asked them to delay it until after a trade summit. Three families in my own complex found out their taps were way over the limit. Has anyone else had a health report sit in limbo like that?

Read a similar story from a researcher in Vietnam, got buried for 3 weeks.

@jaken23 that's the thing that gets me. Three weeks buried and nobody bats an eye. Media picks and chooses what matters based on clicks, not real importance. Meanwhile people in charge pretend they didn't see it. Just proves you have to dig way deeper than the surface stories to find the real news.
