A client in Omaha told me our new invoice system saved them 2 hours a week

We switched to a new billing platform last quarter and I was worried it was just more work for everyone. He emailed to say his team isn't chasing down payment details anymore, which frees them up for actual client work. Anyone else have a small process change that got unexpected positive feedback?

Oh man, that reminds me of when we finally made a shared folder for project templates. It seemed so small, but our designer said it cut her setup time in half. She kept getting the same requests over and over. Now she just copies the old file and changes the names. It was one of those things we just lived with for years without fixing.

We did the same thing with our client reports. Just a basic template in a shared drive saved so much time every month.
