Am I the only one who changed their mind about paying for a scheduling tool for my 4 person crew
I always figured a shared calendar and group text was enough to run a small painting crew, so paying $29 a month for scheduling software felt like burning money. Then we double booked two jobs in one week last month and I lost a $1,400 day plus a client who had waited three weeks for us. I gave in and tried the paid tool for our jobs in Tacoma, and the drive time warnings alone caught two bad bookings in the first month. Now I actually think the $29 is the cheapest insurance we buy, which is not something I expected to type six months ago. Anyone else running a crew of 4 or 5 and paying for scheduling, or did you find a free setup that actually holds up?
