Chat with my warehouse lead made me rethink our whole order picking flow
He told me our pickers waste 45 minutes a shift walking back and forth for common items, and I never noticed cause I'm always in the office. Anyone else had floor workers point out something obvious that changed how you run things?

Oh wow, same thing happened to me last month! Our shipping guy just casually mentioned how the tape and label printer were on opposite ends of the packing station, and I realized everyone was doing an extra 20 steps per box. He was totally right and I felt kind of dumb for not seeing it sooner, but it was a super quick fix that saved way more time than I expected.
