Found a simple way to cut inventory waste at my realty office
I was losing about $300 a month on old signs and brochures nobody picked up, just stacking up in storage. I started tagging each batch with a date and pulling anything older than 60 days, then donating or recycling it right away. Anyone else deal with this kind of small inventory creep in their business operations?

Maybe it's just me but I'd start tagging everything with a color code for each month so you can spot the old stuff faster.
