Invoice system migration ate 3 full weeks of my life
Switched us from spreadsheets to a new billing platform last month. Thought it would take a weekend. Imported 400 customer records and suddenly all the payment terms were wrong. Every single invoice needed manual review. Spent 3 weeks fixing data that was supposedly clean. Has anyone else dealt with a migration where the old system's data was way messier than expected?

Stop blaming the old system, you skipped validating the data before importing it.
