Still seeing teams skip process mapping before automation
I keep running into operations teams that jump straight into buying software without mapping out their current workflow first. Last month a client spent $12k on a tool they abandoned after 3 weeks because nobody realized their approval chain required 4 sign-offs. Has anyone else had luck convincing teams to slow down and map things out first?
