Switched our invoice system after 4 years and the difference is night and day
We used the same manual spreadsheet setup since 2020. Finally moved to a proper cloud system last month. Payment times went from 45 days average down to 18 days. Anyone else hold onto old systems way too long because change felt like a hassle?

Yeah the hesitation kills me too. But once you switch you never look back.

Man that 45 days to 18 is a huge jump. It's wild how we get so used to the slow way of doing things that we forget it doesn't have to be that way. I totally get the hesitation though, switching stuff over always feels like you're gonna break something or lose data. But once you bite the bullet and it works, you just kick yourself for not doing it sooner. Sounds like you guys finally got some breathing room.
