That $500 CRM setup I bought after a flashy demo was a total dud

Back in March, I watched this slick webinar for a project management CRM and dropped $500 on a year subscription. The sales guy kept saying it would 'automate everything' but after 6 weeks I still had to manually export leads into our old spreadsheet. Turns out the integration with our invoicing software was broken and support took 4 days to reply to each ticket. Anyone else get burned by a tool that looked great in the demo but fell apart with real data?
