The day our shipping printer went down and we lost 3 orders

Last Tuesday our label printer jammed right when we had 15 orders to ship before pickup. I spent 40 minutes hand-writing addresses onto boxes and missed the courier, which cost us $120 in overnight fees to fix. Has anyone else had a single piece of tech cause that much chaos in one day?

Lol yeah that sucks but 15 orders really isn't that much for handwritten labels. I've done way worse when our scanner died and had to manually type in SKUs for a whole pallet. $120 overnight fee stings but honestly for one day of chaos that's not the end of the world.
