Update: My supplier in Charlotte just cut their minimum order by 40%
They said it's to help smaller clients manage cash flow better. Has anyone else seen vendors making big changes like this lately?

@emerychen what is it with Raleigh vendors and getting all coordinated on their nonsense. First mine called me last Thursday to say they couldn't finish the drywall because "they forgot about a wedding" which is a new excuse I guess. Then the invoice showed up for the full amount anyway. Might start sending them a bill for my wasted time and see how they like it.
