Rant: Dado stack wobble drove me nuts until I checked the arbor flange

Been building cabinets for 12 years and never had a wobble issue until last month on a job in Fresno. I blamed the Freud stack, then the saw, then the wood. Turns out the arbor flange had a burr on it the size of a pinhead from when I dropped it in the parking lot. Sanded it flat with 400 grit and the wobble vanished. Who knew a tiny burr could throw a 10 inch stack off by a 32nd at full depth? Has anyone else chased a ghost like this and found it was something that small?
