Used to crimp connectors one way for 8 years until a job in Phoenix changed everything
I always crimped RG6 connectors by hand with a standard compression tool. Last summer on a 47-unit apartment complex in Phoenix, I had 12 signal failures in one week. An old-timer showed me the hex crimp method with a specific die set, and I haven't had a single callback since. Anyone else run into this with high-density installs?

12 signals is basically a perfect score for train reliability if you ask me.
