Told flexicables were junk for years. Tried one on a tricky Pentax spotmatic.
Old timer at the shop swore they'd break in a month. Got one from a box of parts last Tuesday and it's still working fine after 8 repairs. Anybody else find these hold up better than people say?

Bought a used one at a flea market that had paint spilled all over it. Cleaned it up and it's been going strong for two years now. That old timer might've just been unlucky or maybe they're tougher than we give em credit for.
