Got myself uninvited from a student panel for asking tough questions

I was on this free speech panel at my school last month and kept pushing back when they said trigger warnings should be mandatory before any controversial topic. One professor actually cut me off mid sentence and told me I was 'distracting from the productive conversation.' After I brought up how this basically just bans unpopular views, they uninvited me from their follow up event. Has anyone else been straight up kicked out of a campus event for speaking your mind?

Wait, they actually cut you off midsentence for saying trigger warnings might backfire? That's wild, getting kicked out for asking questions at a free speech panel is basically proof of the problem right there.
