Got flagged 6 times in one week for saying "landlords are not heroes"
It was last March. I posted in a local housing group that rent hikes during covid were unfair. Got flagged by a bot. Then I reposted with the word "greed" in it. Flagged again. Tried to explain I meant specific landlords not all of them. Still flagged. Third time I just quit. The mod wouldn't even talk to me. Has anyone else had a whole topic just shut down like that?

Is it really that serious though? I mean getting flagged by some bot in a Facebook group doesn't seem like the end of the world. You can just move on and post in a different group or start your own page. I've been flagged plenty of times for random stuff and I just shrug it off. It's just an algorithm doing its thing, not some big conspiracy.

@shanel13 I get what you're saying, but I think it depends on how much time you've sunk into a specific group and the community there. Losing access to that for a random bot flag just feels different when you've built up real connections in that space.
