Got told to delete a comment about a nursing shortage at work

I posted in a local Facebook group about how our hospital is short staffed on night shifts and my boss saw it. She called me in and said I was 'creating a negative image' and needed to take it down. I ended up deleting it because I didn't want to lose my job, but it stung. Anyone else have management shut down honest talk about working conditions online?

Your boss sounds like she cares more about the image than the actual problem.
