HR pulled me into a room over a single word in our Slack, and I need you to know what word it was
I typed "unionize" in a private channel with 2 coworkers at my Minneapolis office last month, and within 48 hours I was in a conference room being read a policy about "disruptive speech" that nobody had ever shown me, so if you think your private chats at work are actually private, you are dead wrong and I want to hear who else has been blindsided like this.
