Lost $350 on a fake ticket for a concert in Nashville and nobody would help

I bought what I thought was a legit resale ticket to a show at the Ryman last month through a random website, and when I got to the door they said the barcode was already used. I tried calling their support line and sat on hold for 45 minutes before they hung up on me. The venue staff just shrugged and said 'buy from our official partner next time.' Has anyone actually gotten their money back from those shady resale sites or is it just gone forever?

Did you pay with a credit card by any chance? I had a similar thing happen with a fake festival ticket last year and my bank did a chargeback after I sent them the screenshots of the site and the email confirmation. Took like two weeks but they gave the money back.

Keep in mind chargebacks only work within like 120 days so check that first.
