My car sat at the terminal in Newark for 11 days because the dispatcher never sent the release
I paid $1,150 to ship my Civic from Denver to Newark and the driver kept saying he'd call when he was close. Eleven days after it was supposed to leave, I called the terminal myself and the guy there said they never got a release order from the broker, so my car just sat there. Is this normal or did I just pick the worst broker in the country?
