A recruiter's offhand comment made me rethink my whole resume format

I was chatting with a recruiter over coffee in Austin last week and she said, 'I spend 6 seconds on a resume, so stop hiding the good stuff.' Hit different because I'd been burying my key wins in a summary paragraph for years. Has anyone else restructured their resume around that 6 second rule and seen better callbacks?

So she told you that to your face but did she actually SHOW you what she meant? Like, did she point at your resume and say which parts she noticed in those 6 seconds? Because I've heard that same number from like three different recruiters but what they actually look for changes every time. One guy told me he only checks the first two lines and your job titles, another said she scans for specific keywords the company uses. Sounds like you already made the change, so what did you move to the top? Was it your biggest win or your current title? I'm asking because I did the same thing after a similar talk and I put my stats up top but my callbacks didn't really improve until I matched the exact words from the job posting. That's the part that seems to matter way more than where you put stuff.
