Found a way to get past the automated resume screeners and it actually worked
I applied to 15 jobs through company websites over two months and never heard back from a single one. So I rewrote my resume to match the exact keywords from each job description, cutting out all the fluff, and got an interview request in under a week. Has anyone else tried tailoring their resume to the software bots instead of the hiring manager?

Oh, I saw a study that said most hiring managers spend like six seconds on a resume, so keyword matching makes total sense.

Weren't there more like 4 jobs applied to before it worked?

Relate HARD to that six-second stat. I swear I've sent out like 50 applications and heard back from maybe THREE people. At this point I'm convinced my resume is just getting lost in a digital black hole while a robot judges my font choices.
