I was sending out generic resumes for months with zero callbacks until I copied this one approach where you pitch a small project idea to the hiring manager instead of listing your experience, so which side do you think works better for entry level jobs, the template approach or sticking with a traditional cover letter?

Three interviews in one week sounds impressive but let's see if those turn into actual offers. Templates work until they don't. Just depends on the company and the hiring manager's mood that day honestly.

Ha! Joke's on me, I'd probably just copy the template wrong and accidentally pitch a bake sale idea to a tech company. But hey, at least I'd get a free rejection letter out of it.
