That tip about the 3-question interview close changed everything

I kept losing job offers because I'd just thank them and leave, but after a business owner friend in Phoenix told me to ask 'what's stopping you from hiring me' at the end, I closed 2 offers in one week. Has anyone else tried ending interviews with a direct question like that?

Heard something similar from my uncle who runs a small landscaping company. He said the best hires always ask tough questions at the end, not just about money or time off. Funny enough, one guy asked him point blank if the crew had any big problems the boss wasn't fixing. Got the job on the spot because he showed he cared about the work. It's a risky question but it really shows your mindset.

Heard a buddy nail a job after asking "what would make you fire me" and @patriciam22's uncle would probably approve of that bold move.
