Finally got my router sled dialed in after 3 tries

I flattened my first walnut slab yesterday with zero snipe and it took maybe 45 minutes instead of the 3 hours I spent fighting with it last month. Has anyone else had to mess with their trammel setup way longer than they expected?

Three tries sounds about right, I think mine took four passes and a lot of swearing before it actually worked right. Did you have to re-cut your trammel bars too?

Nah @patriciam22 I used to swear by one-and-done methods but this whole process totally proved me wrong.
