My brand new 18 gauge brad nailer jammed solid on the last piece of crown molding for a kitchen in Tempe yesterday.

Had to finish the job with my old manual nail set and a hammer, which added an extra hour and a ton of frustration, so what's the most reliable pneumatic nailer you guys actually trust for finish work?

Ugh that's the worst, especially on the last piece lol. My old Hitachi has never let me down, even when I probably don't deserve its loyalty.

Man, that last piece failure is a special kind of frustration. You're right to praise that Hitachi, @riverperry. My old Makita drill has the same kind of stubborn loyalty, just keeps going no matter how much I abuse it. Some tools just earn that lifetime pass.
