Hit my 500th stretched room last Friday and the number that actually surprised me was 3
After 500 power stretchers and thousands of yards of tack strip, the thing that stuck with me is that only 3 of those rooms ever came back for a re-stretch, which tells me most of the wrinkles guys blame on the carpet are really just bad knee kicking, so what is your re-stretch call back rate looking like these days?

Wow, I remember reading a flooring forum post where a guy tracked his for 10 years and got under 2% callbacks too. That makes me wonder if the real problem is guys not stretching enough or just plain rushing the job.
