Old timer told me to stop using my knee kicker for seams, he was right
A guy with 30 years in the trade watched me struggling with a seam and said 'you're killing your back for no reason, just power stretch it all the way next time.' Tried it on a 12x16 room in Phoenix and the seam disappeared, no more puckering. Anyone else get stubborn about their tools and then wish they'd listened sooner?

Nah, I gotta push back a little. A power stretch can hide a problem but a knee kicker lets me feel exactly where the tension is off before I staple.
