Bought a censored Iranian film on disc and got a surprise bonus feature

I ordered a copy of 'The House Is Black' from a seller in Tehran last month. When it showed up, the disc had an extra 20 minute documentary about how the director got death threats back in the 60s. No subtitles for that part either, so I just stared at flickering images of protest posters. Has anyone else gotten weird bonus content on banned art that made the whole thing feel more raw?
