Dropped $35 on a VPN to read one news article from overseas, and the archive link was free the whole time
I wanted to read a piece that was blocked in the US, so I paid for a month of a VPN to get around it. Then a guy in a forum thread told me the Wayback Machine had the whole page saved from two days after it went up. What sites do you check first before paying to get around a block?
